Data Deletion
TransConnect supports verified deletion requests for eligible account data. Because logistics records can be tied to tax, billing, dispute, insurance, and compliance requirements, deletion is handled through a controlled process with identity checks and operational review.
Email support@transconnectlogistics.pk with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include your company name, registered phone number, account email, and reason for deletion.
For security, we verify requester authority before any action. We may ask for additional confirmation from registered business contacts or account administrators.
We review which records are eligible for deletion, which must be retained for legal or contractual obligations, and which can be anonymized. Typical retained records may include transaction or audit trails required by law or active dispute workflows.
Most valid requests are processed within 15 to 30 business days, depending on data volume and compliance constraints. Where full deletion is not immediately possible, we apply access restrictions and schedule removal when retention obligations end.
Once completed, we provide a deletion summary describing what data was deleted, anonymized, or retained with legal basis.
If your account has active shipments, payment disputes, legal notices, or compliance investigations, deletion may be delayed or partially restricted until those matters are resolved.
