Service Terms for Digital Freight Operations

These Terms govern use of TransConnect Logistics digital services by shippers, carriers, fleet owners, dispatchers, and authorized representatives. By using our platform, you agree to operate in good faith, provide accurate operational data, and comply with applicable transport and commercial laws.

1. Platform Role

TransConnect provides logistics workflow software, tracking visibility tools, and communication infrastructure to support shipment execution. We facilitate operational coordination between parties but do not replace legal responsibilities under freight contracts between shipper and carrier.

2. Account Responsibility

Each customer is responsible for protecting account credentials, assigning permissions correctly, and ensuring users act within authorized roles. Actions performed through an authenticated account are treated as authorized unless promptly reported as unauthorized.

3. Data Accuracy and Operational Updates

Users must submit accurate order details, pickup and delivery information, vehicle details, and contact records. Incorrect or delayed updates may affect route planning, visibility, customer communication, and service quality.

4. Acceptable Use

The platform may not be used for unlawful cargo movement, fraudulent identity use, harassment, spam, or attempts to disrupt system integrity. We may suspend access when misuse, safety risk, or policy violations are identified.

5. Third-Party Services

Certain features rely on third-party providers such as cloud infrastructure, mapping, or messaging APIs. Availability and latency may depend on those providers. TransConnect will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted external services.

6. Service Modifications

We may improve, update, or retire features to maintain performance, security, or compliance with changing logistics requirements. Material changes to service terms will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

7. Limitation and Liability Context

Operational outcomes can be influenced by weather, road closures, government controls, customs delays, receiver readiness, and third-party disruptions. Platform insights support decisions but do not eliminate operational risk. Parties remain responsible for contractual obligations they accept.
